Structure of the system

The system consists of a computation unit for measuring of heat energy (CU), flow meter, pressure meter, temperature meter and software packages for the support.

The computation unit has the capacity of serial communication that allows linking into a network and to achieve, via a PC, the supervision, archiving and visualisation of the process (SCADA).

By way of this system one can easily achieve monitoring of the production, delivery and consumption of the energy on a supervision computer, with the possibility to apply fiscal charging.

COMPUTATION UNIT OF THE HEAT ENERGY METER (CU)

Application:

In all the fields requiring supervision and charging of the energy delivered and received (energy plants, refineries, heating or refrigeration systems, etc.)

Conveniences and advantages:
   

Computation unit of the heat energy meter is intended for the measuring of energy and display of the flow, pressure and temperature in the applications for water, steam and gas (compressed air).

Efficient charging of the following volumes: current and total mass flows of steam/water/gas, power, energy, difference of power and energy.

The device is of modular type and it can cover up to three measuring spots, with each one of them having the possibility of up to three measuring types (flow, temperature and/or pressure), depending on the application.

Operation in real time.

Simple setting by means of keyboard or support software.
Communication with the use of the RS232 or RS485 standards, with the support by the DP Profibus or one's own protocol, thus enabling linking into a CU network or a supervision computer.

Ten-line display showing all the input and charged volumes.

Possession of Meter-Type Approval Decree issued by the Federal Bureau for Measures and Precious Metals, No. 2/5-0202947.

Support for up to 15 RMS devices configured according to the user's needs (max. 45 measuring circles as the standard version);

Printed review reports - standard or graphic, periodical or at request;

Authorisation of access to the system and protection of the data archived. Simple networking of several supervision stations into a system;

Monitoring of the production and/or energy consumption in all the company's services, from those technical to the commercial ones;

Possibility of adjustment and/or expansion according to the specific requirements of the user (e.g., integration of another measuring or control equipment, adjustment of the display and/or report, creation of specific supervision and/or control functions within the system, etc.); and
The CU is developed for use with Windows 2000™ i Windows XP™ platforms.
